This year's artwork was created by Jordan Oakey. Congratulations Jordan! Jordan Oakey is a fine artist and fiber artist living in the Endless Mountains Region. Since graduating from SCAD in 2023 with his MFA in Painting, he has been working as Residency Director and Horticulturist for the Soaring Gardens Artist Retreat in Laceyville, PA, while spinning, knitting, and continuing to make art in his spare time. His fiber arts passions are traditional textiles of the British Isles and processing yarn from raw fleece to finished object, using techniques mentioned in historical records from these regions.
