MISSION: Civics Learning Project is a non-profit organization of individuals, educators, lawyers, and civic leaders working to equip students with the knowledge, essential skills, and motivation to participate in our democracy.
The best way to preserve democracy is to teach democracy, and that's what we do at Civics Learning Project. Our experiential programs for students - like Mock Trial, We the People Constitution Team, and Courthouse Experience Tours - show young Oregonians that they have a place and a voice in the systems that bind our communities together.
