When I first joined this family, it was immediately clear how important Rance II was to them. They speak of his incredible strength, demeanor, and love for his family. He was taken in 2019 after a battle with a glioblastoma, and the toll that his passing has taken on them is something no one should have to go through. And for that reason, I have joined them in lacing up my sneakers to run the Falmouth Road Race in partnership with the National Brain Tumor Society to fight for a day that no other family ever has to deal with this hardship.
