Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary is home to 34 wildlife residents native to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Our residents include bears, bobcats, wolves, ravens, badgers, bison, and many more. Each animal at Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary has been deemed non-releasable and cannot survive in the wild. Some were illegally kept as pets, some have severe injuries, and others were orphaned or abandoned as young wildlife.

Every resident has an important story to share. Through their experiences, they help educate visitors about wildlife, conservation, and the impact human actions can have on wild animals.

Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary is their forever home. Providing proper diets, veterinary care, enrichment, and daily animal care for our residents costs nearly $1,500 every day.
