In memory of Dr. Barbara Friedes, PATHS for Barbara is dedicated to advocacy and the promotion of evidence-based principles that ultimately reduce injuries and fatalities resulting from traffic violence and preventable crashes. Our work is grounded in principles of violence prevention. We strive to create meaningful change that results in zero pedestrian and cyclist deaths and serious injuries in Philadelphia, with a specific focus on the areas surrounding CHOP and the University of Pennsylvania.
