Peter Garner is a proud community member of Lower

North Mankato. Although he has lived in many

different places including Maryland, Colorado,

Oregon, and Peru, he has found a home here in our

town. Peter loves to bike, garden, and spend time

with his family and friends.

Peter is also a life-long advocate. He is a Returned

Peace Corps Volunteer, a union member, a bilingual

advocate, an uncle, and an environmentalist. He is

running for City Council because he believes that the

people of North Mankato deserve to have a voice in

community decision-making.
