Lost Dogs of Fort Wayne and Wags & Wiggles Rescue created Rags to Wags to support the lost, abandoned, and forgotten dogs in our community.

These are the dogs that Lost Dogs of Fort Wayne has safely trapped or caught while running stray. Many have spent days, weeks, or even months surviving on their own. By the time they are safely brought in, they are often frightened, overwhelmed, and unsure of people. Because of their fear, many don?t immediately qualify for adoption in a shelter environment.

That?s where Rags to Wags steps in.

Through fostering, medical care, training, rehabilitation, and patience, we give these dogs the time they need to heal, learn to trust again, and, when possible, reunite with their families. If an owner can?t be found, we prepare them for adoption so they can finally find the loving home they deserve.

We can?t do this without you.

We are currently hosting a T-shirt fundraiser, and the proceeds go directly toward helping the dogs in our community?covering medical care, supplies, and everything they need for a fresh start.

We also urgently need foster homes and support for our medical fund. Every foster family creates space for another dog to be saved, and every donation helps provide the things we need to get these dogs home again.
