We started a bedroom audition January of 2026, it is currently June 2026! We had no idea what we were getting into when starting this project. It has turned into a full house remodel, our house was built in 1917 and I cannot even start with how many problems we have found!

We have found major foundation issues, water damaged subfloor, siding issues, I could write a page long list of all the repairs we are doing to our house. So we now are replacing the subfloor throughout the house, replacing all the siding, and have repaired the whole foundation, and more! And me and Dillon are doing this all ourselves, we are not hiring out. While we both work full time jobs.

BUT!

It is getting into the summer heat and he need to get done? fast! We are currently living on our property in tents.
