At 27 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer and since my diagnosis I have been committed to bringing awareness to CRC and the reality that it can come at any age, know the symptoms and get checked. You?re never too young.
I chose the words ?We got this? for my campaign because these three words are what my siblings repeated to me over and over again throughout my various treatments and surgeries. These words mean SO much to me and they make me feel like I?m not alone in this. I hope they remind everyone that's fighting this battle and their amazing support system that they are not alone.
